Aruna just can’t wait for the sun to come up every day – a million things to do and not enough hours. She lives in the world of possibilities and excites everyone around her to believe in that world and support her to make it possible.

By education Aruna holds an engineering degree from Anna Univ (1991) and a PGDM from Indian Institute of Management -Blr (1993). She started her career in HR with IBM in Bangalore and moved to Sasken where she grew to head the HR team. She set up Navgati in 1999. Deeply committed to helping people realise their fullest potential, she has over the years built expertise in conceptualising, designing and facilitating creative, powerful and unique learning events. She has conducted over a 1000 workshops on emotional intelligence, leadership, interviewing and crucial conversations. She is a credentialed coach with the ICF (ACC).  In the last two years, she has completed over 400 hours of executive coaching with organisational leaders.

Aruna is an accredited facilitator for MBTI and a strategic planning process called Future Search. She is a psychotherapist trained in Transactional Analysis and NLP. She also spends time working with schools, children and NGOs.
